Arnaud Hauchon

Arnaud Hauchon originates form the north of France where he followed a classic chef education. After half a decade around the different french main gastronomical regions, his search for a different approch to cooking led him to experience other countries and food culture. He finally realized an union between his life ethics, the awareness of the ecological challenges, and his early wish to follow the old precept of food as medicine. In 2006, Arnaud took the decision to specialize himself in pure vegetarian cuisine, and to dedicate his energy toward a new concept of modern plant based gastronomy. He joined the team of many of the best restaurants in the field in Europe and USA. His research and the Nordic Food Revolution led him to Denmark, where he have been  working as executive chef at vegan organic restaurant ”Botaniq”. In october 2015, He decide  to live Botaniq  to allow more time and space for new exciting project around vegetarian and vegan cuisine.
